Was pleasantly surprised at the "safe sanitation" practices and vetting. Michelle (later I found out was the on-site working manager) explained everything, had me change mask to a disposable one w/ ear straps as mine had head bands. Cutting was about the best I have had in years (even my wife later commented on it). Then the "icing"! Taken to the back room I was seated on a back massage chair, then reclined while a very warm towel was draped over my eyes and forehead; then a very warm shampoo and head massage followed. WOW! I was totally impressed, more so at how affordable my bill was! Needless to say I left a good tip and so far have told 5-6 friends who were as frustrated about finding a place for a haircut. Kudos to Michelle and the owners of the 2 shops in our area.

I love how friendly the stylists are. They truly care, they want to do right by their clients. They are always very attentive, and enjoy having a conversation. Always amazes me that the ladies actually remember stuff we’ve talked about on prior visits.
